Gary Fian, a highly recognized Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS), has a solid reputation for significantly reducing accidents, injuries, and exposures, which in turn considerably lowers worker's comp and general liability insurance premiums. He is known for fostering beneficial partnerships and a team approach to safety, consistently improving work environments. His extensive background spans from agriculture to zoos, including airlines, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail, among many others. Gary's notable achievements include developing a world-wide Hazardous Materials Packing & Shipping training program and spearheading the automation of hazmat shipping documentation for United Airlines, earning him industry recognition.

Linnette Fian, a Managing Partner and COSS, brings over 20 years of experience and is a certified occupational safety management consultant. As our bi-lingual (Spanish/English) expert, she is the primary contact for all Spanish language accounts, providing comprehensive consulting services including inspections, training, process improvement, and document translations. Linnette consistently receives high praise for her personable approach and relatable teaching style. Her industry experience is equally diverse, covering agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation, to name a few.

Our Journey and Dedication:

After co-founding a successful consulting firm in Northern California in 2009, the global pandemic prompted a relocation to Texas in 2021. In 2023, the opportunity arose to relaunch their consulting company, and thus, Fian Safety Consulting, LLC was established. We are proud to have served a wide range of satisfied clients including Air Canada, Birkenstock U.S.A., Dignity Health, Everest National Insurance, and many others.

Beyond our professional endeavors, both Gary and Linnette are deeply committed to their community, serving through various Christian ministries, including marriage and family outreach, for over 20 years.
